The fact that people considering powercreep before character even releases speaks volumes about the state of the game

underperforming in Phainon teams is just criminal

You know what? Let's take that old idea of Jiaoqiu healing… and give it to Cyrene, so that she can trigger Phainon's trace with shields/heals, and become the healer in Castorice teams

I just love elysia, and the buff is bonus for me

She needs better buff for non-chrysos heirs, better mydei sinergy and the ability to generate stacks with others Chrysos (especially with Aglaea), bcs she already its so overpowered but with a bad beta tester like TingyunRail and HoS (Idk if HoS fake showcase changed, I remember that before he showed a really bad character [Topaz was the last character I see with that guy] and he say that she was so broken, when the character came out, he/she was a so poor character with a bad kit. What was the problem? In his showcase, he was "using" that character with e0s0 or e0s1 and premium team (or not), but he really used e2s1, e4s1 or full team e2s1 when the eidolons were barely noticeable when the change was not so drastic, I remember perfectly that it was HoS bcs he always made "his" calculations that seemed to make sense if you didn't figure them out on your own.)

the moment 3.0 units gets powercreep she is useless cause she only works with chrysos heir and without remembrance units you will focus 1 cycle for just to charge up her ult thats with chrysos heirs and remembrance

HoS was the TCer that said Anaxa would be broken as main dps before anyone else, so if he’s saying v1 Cyrene is underwhelming then it’s actually a problem

Please in beta 2, she needs a lots of relevant buffs & also E2 too

Exactly why i committed to Evernight. Even tho it cost me 225 pulls for just E0S1.

Love the character, but pulling's a different mindset for me personally, there's no additional hangouts, content, quality time or scenes for pulling anyone in HSR so I'll only pull for her gameplay and performance for my characters, let's just see where v4 will go

I just dont really get where she fits in… Large rant incoming.

She will never get to use her ult on a Phainon team, her ult generation will take longer than it would take a Phainon team to finish literally any battle. Plus that means you would need to take out either Cerydra (Cant, she is a must have), or one of the upcoming Sunday/Dan Heng combo. Is the extended ult that will take 4 turns to get worth more than the huge damage buff the Sunday/Dan combo provides? Not even close.

On the Castorice team of Cas/Evernight/RMC/Hyacine, the only one you can replace with her is RMC. Sure Cyrene scales on health so is a better battery, but buff wise? This is the only team where your going to see Cyrenes ult by the end of the battle, but her buff to Cas is shit. If there are more than 2 enemies on the field(VAST majority of the time) and you overfill her newbud to 200%, the buff Cas gets is 24% damage bonus… Thats it along with the Cyrene skill that does 20% true damage for all damage done. RMC gives a MINIMUM of 28% true damage, 10% crit rate, hella crt dmg, and AA. Why would I use Cyrene here?

If you can somehow get her ult off in a Anaxa team, then she is killer. Just have fun trying to get her ult off on an anaxa team lol.

Now her buff for Evernight is pretty amazing if you have a E2 Evernight for main DPS. Its decent for E0 Evernight, but you really need the E2 if you wanna have a Cyrene/Evernight team. This team will actually work if for some reason you refuse to get Cas but have an E2 evernight and Hyacine. But at that point just get E2 Cyrene instead of evernight and all issues will be solved anyway.

Pretty good on Cypher, but Cypher doesnt have memosprites so good luck getting Cyrene ult

and the rest are all nothing burgers. just because the buffs are okay but youll never see Cyrene ult on their team.

The 40% dmg buff to non-chrysos heir teammates would be nice if you can get her ult off.

Really it all comes back to the ult taking a decade to get. If they lower stacks or make them easier to get though then characters like Phainon and Anaxa will rule the world with their current buffs. So they gotta make lower stacks but nerf some of the buffs for characters

I planned for e6s5 and after this… I will still e6s5 😂❤ just because she is Cyrene. And as an Elysia and now Cyrene fan, I don’t care about her meta place ! But I totally get that people expect more from her. I will consider a buff as a bonus, and will love her anyway ❤❤❤

As i predicted
Castorice has the worst special buff out of all the chrysos heirs by far . Even RMC's or the 40% dmg for non chrysos heirs is way better
And phainon's buff locks him into sustain Comps

It's still just V1.
There's usually like 5 or so versions of each version's beta, she's likely to receive reworks.
We to remember that she's underperforming *_now_* but that it could very well change, possibly drastically, in the ~1.5 months until her banner releases.

Also, I'll try to pull for her because some of those buffs of her's look kinda nutty, and because I have both Aglaea, Castorice and Evernight there's some fun I could have

Being powercrept doesn't mean the character would be out of the meta so just pull for the characters you guys want

make her enhanced auto generate SP. I cant run her for my cass effectively as no way to generate SP effeciently.

That ult takes 33550336 hours to charge up.. but once it does.. I guess you could say.. We are about to Tear open the skies!

Bruh, as an F2P player who needs to scrape by and pulls only E0 (even with abandoning some banners), fixing it by aquiring E2 is a death sentence.

For me this is what I thought Cyrene could be.
Just like how Fugue is a replacement for Harmony Trailblazer, Cyrene can be a replacement for Remembrace Trailblazer so we can use the next path the Trailblazer will get.
