Oh! I just knew that you can get out of the map from that underground crystal cave with the two Black Serpent Knights. Doesn't even involve any clipping. You just climb the big crystal in the middle with Xilonen, Kachina, Mavuika, or a Tepetlisaurus and you're out.

I mean the one in Fontaine still available too. I can visit the outer side of Nostoi region Narhwal
