I was doing that mission,i was bored,so i made a team with only my youquang(don't Remember her name) that Is the only character that has fast mobility and is level One,i skipped that part and got One shotted

I won't spoil the story but the 'villian' of this quest according to context are supposed to look hideous at the moment and go berserk on you, hence the Ichor boss (who also looks hideous)

If I remember correctly she was a doctor who made plastic surgery for the imagine people/things. She grow jealous of them getting more attention than she. So she started taking part of them and using on herself. Like "taking the most beautiful parts" of each imagine. The problem was that she looked like a Frankenstein monster, she "ascended to godhood (that monster form) but her body couldn't keep up with all the dissonance between imagine parts and dissolve after battle
