Rappppppa and Boothil are probably gonna appear in Astropolis along with the other character following them. The last one shown is likely Beatriz, an Emanator of Harmony, so she may not be playable soon, or at all.
Screwllum isn't playble after 3 years, so don't hold your breath for Stephen~

I was agreeing with the comments about the galaxy rangers showing up in Astropolis, but then I remembered about Boothill's beef with the IPC… Like, he's literally a criminal to them, so it would be too risky for him to show up in a place that wants his damn head. He's badass and all, but he's not immortal, so I'm pretty sure he can't take a whole ass "planet" of IPC employees.
