Resonators have the unique ability to resonate with objects around them, both inanimate and living. This resonance allows them to manipulate the frequency of the object, such as amplifying its power, changing its elements, or even influencing an enemy's actions.

Resonators experience Awakening when they first resonate with the frequency of something in the world. This awakening grants them their Resonance Ability or Forte, which is a special ability that differentiates each Resonator.

The Rabelle Curve, which is used to classify Resonators, divides them into three main categories: Natural, Mutation, and Innate. Each category has different characteristics and capabilities.

So humans who become resonators are no longer humans, they are more like demigods and resonators who reach the 2nd awakening can truly manipulate their power without limitation.

more information resonators are not too bound by age as long as the frequencies in their bodies are still there they will always be in prime condition/not aging.
