When the others are saying rover is weak or something like that, there's a reason behind it:

1. His now literally in a tired state since the chris guy trying to weaken rover not physically but mentally showing his closest people he met dying in front if him

2. Scar and phro pretty much prepared especially knowing chris seeing fate etc.

3. Scar and phro knew rover alot from the past so it makes sense by how rover getting folded and knowing rovers ability especially spectro and havoc

4. Lastly, of course it's the current rover that is still new and not the old version of him being a godlike being

The further we go, the more likely it is that we'll see Rover in his prime form. Maybe as a flashback at least. I want to see his past in the time before/after the first Lament.

That was an unfair fight to begin with but it was mighty nice of the Rover to go easy on them
