-they reduce her entire multiplier by half.
-her normal skill give action advance (25%), 10% more energy regen (60) while cost 10% less hp (40).
-she has her own super break (enchanced skill). Some says it'll be a seperate dmg from hmc sb.
-higher ult sp boost

She is good with E2 but with just E0 still shit even in V3 kit. They just give some half ass synergistic buff and in return fucked other buffs. And she still has 2 turn cooldown because she can't regenerate energy during ultimate. I mean she's just not up there when she is this much hyped.
